
A soccer game/season is incredibly demanding. You must be able to sprint, jump, explode to the ball, change direction, etc.—and maintain these skills for a long duration.
To improve your game on the pitch, you must develop your overall athleticism. This includes increasing your strength, speed, power and endurance. You must also become as injury resistant as possible. The best time to build these traits is during the off-season. We are providing a comprehensive 6 week performance program that will have you confident and ready when the spring season rolls around!
